Venue Information
The Psychosynthesis Trust
In person hypnotherapy modules take place at the wonderful Psychosynthesis Trust, in the heart of central London, a stone throw from the famous landmarks of London Bridge, the Shard and the Tower of London. Psychosynthesis is a school of psychology with ground-breaking concepts and experiential techniques for people interested in personal and psychospiritual transformation. As such, it is a perfect synergy for our hypnotherapy training, and we feel right at home in a centre of psychotherapy learning and practice.
Being at London Bridge, we are centrally located with excellent public transport links. The building is fully accessible and we have use of lots of break out spaces for our practice sessions. There is an abundance of shops, cafés and eateries on our doorstep, and you will be spoilt for choice. For those who want to stay nearby, we provide accommodation suggestions for different budgets at the time of booking.

Our London Mindfulness Teacher Training courses take place in person at the stunning and centrally located Jacksons Lane Theatre and Arts Centre in Highgate, North London, directly opposite Highgate Tube Station and just a few minutes walk to Highgate Wood, where we can enjoy mindful walking and movement. We have use of the largest studio in the building and therefore lots of space to spread out, to be comfortable and safe.

Rachel Broomfield
B.Ed (hons); MNCH (Reg.), HPD
Rachel is a member of the UK College / MBCH training team, where she specialises in working with children and their teachers. She is a Mindfulness Now accredited teacher and works with groups and individuals as a professional therapist, helping her to fulfil her original aim of promoting mental health and well-being for all involved in education.

The first 20 years of Rachel’s career were spent very happily as a primary school teacher, teaching across the Early Years, and Key Stages 1 and 2. However, like many others she noticed that, more and more, the stresses and strains in education were taking their toll on both teachers and children alike. As time went on, she saw that there was a growing need to nurture the mental well-being of adults and children in educational settings.

She describes her retraining in mindfulness as a complete leap of faith. She also facilitates the official Mindfulness Now 8 weeks programme.

Rachel is an official assessor of the MBCH programme. She also helps to co-ordinate an online NCH Peer Support Group.
